AI-Native Product Engineer (.NET/React) (m/f)

• Experience in both frontend and backend development (fullstack).
• Ability to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Product-oriented mindset focusing on user value and measurable results.
• Habit of performing code reviews and responsibility for code quality including AI-generated code.
• Willingness and readiness to engage in conversations with users/clients and extract conclusions.
• Curiosity about new AI tools, practical testing, evaluation, and conscious integration into workflow.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in development cycles like Shape Up or similar.

• Design and deliver end-to-end fullstack solutions with autonomy.
• Independently make technical decisions for assigned areas.
• Conduct code reviews and take responsibility for all code quality, including AI-generated code.
• Communicate with users/customers and incorporate feedback into the development process.
• Test, evaluate, and integrate new AI tools practically into daily workflows.
• Collaborate with product and business teams, collecting feedback and iterating solutions based on data and user needs.
