Senior Backend Developer (.NET) (m/f)

Grupa Pracuj is a leader in HR technology in Central and Eastern Europe, supporting businesses in recruitment, retention, and employee development. The group operates the largest Polish recruitment portal Pracuj.pl used by over 5 million users monthly. Grupa Pracuj has been active for over 25 years in Poland and expanded to Ukraine and the DACH region, employing around 1100 people, and is publicly traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2021. Other projects include tech services such as the:protocol.it, Robota.ua, eRecruiter, softgarden SaaS, and the Kadromierz work time management platform.

• Minimum 5-6+ years of commercial experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET 6+ including API and MassTransit consumers
• Experience working with distributed applications
• Knowledge of relational databases, specifically MS SQL and T-SQL
• Familiarity with design patterns and SOLID principles
• Experience with microservices including synchronous and asynchronous communication
• Proficiency in RabbitMQ
• Ability to design clear application architecture focusing on domain logic and clean code principles
• Experience creating unit tests
• Effective team collaboration skills and ability to build positive relationships
• Competence in using coding agents as support in daily development work

Nice to have:

• Experience with TeamCity, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes
• Experience conducting performance tests
• Knowledge of integration testing practices
• Understanding of CI/CD processes

• Develop the eCommerce ecosystem for Pracuj.pl
• Build new functionalities based on microservice architecture in .NET technology
• Collaborate on solutions from concept to production deployment
• Design solutions considering business context
• Ensure quality and performance of developed solutions
• Contribute to the technical growth direction of the application
• Cooperate with other teams including designers, architects, researchers, and business stakeholders
• Perform code reviews
• Participate in pair programming
