Senior Java Developer (AI)

• Minimum 6 years experience as a Java Developer
• At least 1 year of experience with Large Language Models (LLM) in production
• Knowledge of agent-based architecture (ReAct, MCP, orchestration frameworks)
• Familiarity with Spring AI, LangChain4j, LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector databases
• Understanding of observability in AI and specification-driven development
• Higher education degree in computer science or related field (minimum engineer diploma)
• Ability to conduct workshops and share expertise within the team

• Develop and maintain AI-integrated software using Java and Spring frameworks
• Work with Large Language Models (LLM) in production environments
• Utilize agent-based architectures including ReAct and MCP frameworks
• Integrate LLM APIs and manage embeddings and vector databases
• Implement observability for AI systems and specification-driven development
• Lead workshops and share knowledge about AI security and tools
• Participate in agentic workflows and multi-agent development support systems
• Engage in preseals and expert initiatives
• Occasionally visit the office in Wrocław (approximately once every two months)
