Product Owner (nurt AI)

Primaris Services is an IT company with over 250 experts and 15 years of experience in the Polish and international markets. They work on complex projects across various industries including banking, insurance, healthcare, robotics, energy, and media with over 40 active clients. Their scope includes system development from scratch, product implementations, team allocations, and individual expert assignments. They are also a gold partner of UiPath, focusing on Robotic Process Automation.

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in a similar area, including work with AI, GenAI, LLM models, or advanced data analytics products
• Experience in claims, insurance, or other business-critical systems
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies and product/project lifecycle
• Very good knowledge of Jira
• Good understanding of technologies such as APIs, integrations, cloud, distributed systems, and their impact on product development
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Polish language proficiency at minimum C1 level

• Support strategic transformation program in the insurance sector focusing on claims and benefits management
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams
• Support development of AI products and claims system solutions
• Co-create product vision and roadmap
• Manage and prioritize backlog across multiple workstreams considering business value, technology dependencies, and resources
• Collaborate with delivery teams
• Monitor budget and team capacity
• Define measurable goals and success criteria
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders
