Intern Product Owner

MasterBorn collaborates with well-established companies and early-stage startups (MVPs) delivering cutting-edge solutions for clients in the high-end American IT market. The company works across diverse industries including Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech while operating within the Polish time zone.

• Curiosity about digital product development from idea to launch
• Ability to turn ideas into simple visuals (flows, diagrams) during client conversations
• Proactive and communicative attitude with willingness to ask questions
• Desire to learn collaboration with developers, designers, and clients
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Notion, FigJam, or Jira
• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1 level for both)
• Active student status

Nice to have:

• Experience in student organizations, startups, or hackathons
• Interest in AI, no-code or automation tools
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup methodologies
• Prior experience as a Product Owner or Project Lead in any context

• Support Product Owners in managing the backlog, defining tasks, and keeping delivery on track
• Join client calls and internal stand-ups, with potential to facilitate meetings
• Collaborate with designers and developers and write clear, structured documentation
• Participate in planning, prioritization, estimation, and iteration activities
• Receive feedback from mentors and project teams
• Possibly support marketing or internal initiatives
