Business Analyst with German

Our client is one of the leading software providers for the insurance industry in Europe. They are the foremost broker software developer in Germany, holding more than 25% market share in the broker software segment. The company develops a large-scale SaaS platform supporting the entire insurance broking lifecycle including insurer connectivity, comparison systems, policy management, and digital process automation. The platform enables insurance companies and brokers to digitalise complex operational processes through customised, API-driven solutions tailored to enterprise clients.

• Experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical understanding of software systems, databases, APIs, and integrations
• Ability to work in complex business and technical environments
• Experience in insurance, finance, enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting environments is a strong advantage
• Fluent German (minimum B2, spoken and written)
• Good English communication skills

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with development teams on system enhancements and implementations
• Support enterprise clients in the usage and optimisation of the platform
• Coordinate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and solution discussions with German-speaking clients
• Support system integrations, interfaces, and data-related topics
• Identify risks, blockers, and support task coordination within the team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and client processes
