Agro Aplikacje is a modern in-house software company supporting innovative IT solutions necessary for the tasks of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture. They design, simplify, and expand systems, working with modern technologies and flexible project approaches to support the digital transformation of the Polish agricultural sector. The role is based in the Digital Agriculture Transformation Department, Project Management Division, Projects and Settlements Support Team in Warsaw, with hybrid work.

• Higher education and at least 2 years of experience in Agile, Scrum Mastery, process improvement, or supporting development teams.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Figma, or Miro.
• Experience conducting workshops and facilitating development team work.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify areas requiring improvements.
• Ability to use data and feedback to identify problems and recommend improvements.
• Experience monitoring and interpreting metrics of team or process effectiveness.
• Highly developed communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build a collaborative culture and support the organization in change processes.

Nice to have:

• Experience working on IT projects or developing digital products.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Lean (e.g., PSM®, PMI-ACP®, AgilePM®, KMP®, SAFe® or equivalent).
• Knowledge of metrics supporting assessment of process efficiency, teams, and project execution.
• Experience in Agile transformations or organizational maturity development.
• Knowledge of designing, implementing, and developing systems delivering electronic services.

• Supporting development teams in applying Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and other work methods adapted to project specifics.
• Assisting development teams, Product Owners, and Project Managers in improving work organization and inter-team collaboration.
• Facilitating planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other events supporting effective collaboration.
• Identifying organizational barriers and recommending and supporting improvement actions.
• Analyzing process efficiency and workflow, as well as collaboration effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, and preparing improvement recommendations.
• Supporting teams and stakeholders in using data and feedback for decision making and increasing delivered value.
• Developing and promoting practices for measuring process efficiency, workflow, team performance, and business goals achievement.
• Developing teams' self-organization and responsibility by building competencies for independent work planning, meeting facilitation, and continuous process improvement.
• Promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting implementation of standards, practices, and tools supporting project and product delivery.
