• Over 3 years of commercial experience with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding that 'Scrum Master' is a flexible, hands-on coordinating role.
• Proven ability to demonstrate and communicate the value delivered by development teams and Scrum Master.
• Experience in driving process improvements beyond a single team, involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to think independently and pragmatically without rigidly following Scrum rules.
• Experience engaging with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders for advocating solutions and driving change.
• Capability to manage workloads effectively and say no when necessary.

• Agile Certification (Scrum.org).

• Leading and coaching Scrum teams to enable self-organization and achieve sprint goals.
• Demonstrating the value delivered by teams and the Scrum Master role.
• Improving processes involving Product Owners, business stakeholders, and other development/QA teams.
• Adapting Scrum practices pragmatically rather than strictly following the Scrum Guide.
• Coordinating day-to-day team activities, switching roles as coach, Scrum Master, or problem-solver.
• Facilitating communication and Scrum ceremonies.
