Data Scientist / ML Engineer

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions including Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with OOP design and extensive knowledge of ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, Tensorflow).
• Proven experience deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge in applying LLMs (semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, RAG).
• High proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Excellent communication and consulting experience with client interaction.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Good knowledge of CI/CD principles (GitHub, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience in ML project leadership and team mentoring is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka is a plus.
• Practical experience with frontend frameworks (React, Node.js, Nest.js, Typescript) is nice to have.

• Develop, implement, and validate Machine Learning solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Design AI solution architectures meeting complex business goals.
• Research, test, and select appropriate tools and AI solutions.
• Translate clients’ business problems into data science problems.
• Oversee implementation of data pipelines and workflows ensuring data quality and security.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to build AI applications.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.
• Prioritize and manage tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework ensuring timely delivery.
