AI Solutions & Implementation Manager

Trident BMC operates in the shipbuilding and maritime industry, specializing in maintenance, repair, and modernization of various vessels worldwide, with teams in office and on project sites.

• At least 3 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, automation, or AI implementation
• Proven experience delivering and implementing AI solutions in a business environment
• Hands-on experience designing and building AI agents, AI assistants, or agentic workflows
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and workflow automation
• Experience with platforms such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable platforms
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems using APIs, connectors, webhooks, and automation platforms
• Familiarity with Power Automate and Power BI or similar tools
• Basic programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript, with knowledge of APIs, JSON, and SQL are an advantage
• Understanding of enterprise data security, access control, GDPR, and AI governance
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Very good written and spoken English
• Experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding, engineering, energy, or other project-based industries is an advantage

• Identify business processes where AI and automation can improve productivity, quality, speed, or cost efficiency
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions from use case and prototype through implementation and adoption
• Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows for internal business processes
• Build prototypes and validate AI solutions before full-scale implementation
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM systems, databases, and internal applications
• Work with APIs, connectors, webhooks, and automation platforms
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, technology vendors, and implementation partners
• Define project objectives, KPIs, risks, timelines, and expected business value / ROI
• Establish standards for AI security, data access, governance, and responsible AI use
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, communication, and change management
• Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and recommend solutions with measurable business value
