Agile Delivery Lead

• Experienced with IT environment evolution and culture change processes.
• Able to communicate between developers (technical debt) and management (budget, schedules).
• Comfortable structuring ambiguous environments.
• Able to stay calm under stress, de-escalate tensions, and build team agreement.
• Proficient in Atlassian environment & Google Workspace: managing documentation and dependencies using Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
• Actively uses AI tools (e.g., NotebookLM, Claude, Gemini) for documentation synthesis, note analysis, and automating routine tasks.
• Understands technology ecosystems used by engineers (e.g., CI/CD processes, data migrations, AZURE).
• English language proficiency at B2+ level for natural communication in an international environment.

• Shield the team from organizational noise and clearly communicate impact of priority changes.
• Manage the team, support 1-on-1, care about development paths and regular feedback.
• Build an environment based on trust and psychological safety.

Delivery:

• Take full responsibility (end-to-end) for success of initiatives at the intersection of technology and business.
• Manage scope, budget, time and stakeholder expectations at the management level.
• Utilize deep understanding of software development process and full SDLC cycle to improve work.
• Track and optimize delivery metrics (e.g. Lead Time, MTTR, Deployment Frequency).
• Identify bottlenecks ahead, focus on resolving dependencies, blocks and issues.
• Support Product Owners in maximizing business value considering revenue and costs.

Agile:

• Select methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.) reasonably to serve people rather than rules.
• Consciously support teams in competency development playing a mentoring role.
• Design processes to reduce administrative overhead based on objective data (Data-driven Agile, EBM, Workflow metrics).
• Promote culture of teams taking responsibility for their actions, lead by example in effective meetings.

Recruitment Process:

• Screening: 30 min online conversation on expectations and motivation.
• Experience interview: 60 min discussion on delivering business value and team impact.
• Team session: 90 min workshop on a real business case.
• CPO interview: 30 min conversation.
• Proposal and decision.
