• Strong experience in applied cryptography.
• Practical knowledge of Post-Quantum Cryptography.
• Experience with cryptographic migration and hybrid cryptographic schemes.
• Experience with HSM and key lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of threat modelling.
• Experience in secure SDLC.
• Ability to prepare documentation and security evidence for external auditors.

• Design security architecture resistant to threats from quantum computers.
• Implement post-quantum cryptography (PQC).
• Design and manage key management.
• Ensure secure software development lifecycle.
• Prepare and handle independent security and cryptography audits.
• Design coexistence model of PQC primitives and Eurosystem cryptographic standards.
• Identify and mitigate cryptographic risks.
• Prepare solutions for external security evaluation.
