DCG is a recruitment company focusing on providing experienced professionals and ongoing support. The company is undergoing growth and manages numerous recruitment projects for its partners.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Master's degree
• Certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile, or equivalent internationally recognized certification
• English language proficiency at C1 level confirmed by certificate or willingness to take exam
• Experience leading medium-large ICT projects as a project manager
• Knowledge and experience applying project management methodologies and Agile methodologies
• Thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
• Familiarity with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and contracts
• Excellent communication skills, including producing high quality written materials and presentations
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and proactively seek improvements
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and suppliers
• Experience managing team work with Azure DevOps or Service Now SPM Agile boards
• Client oriented and experienced in Business Stakeholders management
• Experience managing projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
• Experience managing projects using Service Now technologies: custom applications and standard modules including Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management in on-prem and cloud setups
• Good knowledge of Cyber Security requirements and personal data privacy related functional and security requirements

• Manages the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
• Establishes and manages project controls to meet milestones and deliver products on time
• Assures and controls quality of project deliverables
• Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, and contingencies
• Liaises with Project Board and key stakeholders
• Assigns and controls tasks, authorizes work packages, balances priorities and workload, motivates the team
• Plans and controls project products delivery processes
• Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment
• Produces project management products such as plans, logs, schedules and defines responsibilities
• Prepares and presents technical reports and presentations
• Organizes and conducts project meetings
