• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant IT specialization
• Flexibility and openness to work with various technological platforms and tools
• Strong willingness to improve programming skills and take on new IT challenges
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in English language

• Analyse and understand business and technical requirements with clients across different domains and industries
• Produce high-quality design deliverables describing how solutions address requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices and design patterns
• Conduct unit and manual testing to deliver high-quality solutions
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and implement solutions to troubleshoot issues
• Work in an agile, international environment with colleagues in Warsaw and Europe
• Plan and organize own work and report issues and progress timely
• Identify areas for personal development
• Work with different programming languages and technologies varying by project, primarily including Java (Java 8/11/17/21, Spring/Spring Boot), frontend JavaScript stacks like React, Angular, Vue, NodeJS, and mobile apps based on React Native and Kotlin
