Senior AI Software Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in AI/ML solutions development
• Strong knowledge of AI services in cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
• Experience with LLM, GenAI, MLOps, and production deployments
• Proficient in the Python language
• Practical knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or similar
• Ability to design AI solution architectures
• Experience in client collaboration and conducting technical discussions
• Communicative proficiency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience in technology consulting
• Participation in discovery workshops and pre-sales activities
• Knowledge of scalability, security, and cost aspects of AI solutions
• Experience in project estimation and scope definition

• Design and develop advanced AI solutions tailored to business needs
• Create solutions utilizing LLM, GenAI, and Machine Learning models
• Build end-to-end products from concept and PoC through MVP to production deployments
• Integrate AI solutions with clients' existing systems and platforms
• Collaborate with Cloud, Data, and Software Engineering teams
• Translate AI technology capabilities into real business value
• Support pre-sales activities, discovery workshops, and preparation of demos and PoCs
• Present technical solutions to clients and business stakeholders
