Odoo Functional Consultant

Team Connect is a Polish nearshore and offshore IT services provider that has been building and developing software since 2008. They specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development, delivering backend, frontend, and mobile applications.

• Minimum 2 full Odoo implementations in Poland in a functional role
• Experience with Odoo version 17 or newer; knowledge of Odoo 19 is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects modules, and multi-company setups
• Understanding of Polish financial and tax regulations in ERP: KSeF, JPK_V7, VAT registers and rates, interaction with accounting offices, and bank statement imports
• Warehouse logistics knowledge including multiple warehouses, barcodes, and delivery types
• Ability to independently conduct workshops and communicate with client management
• Fluent Polish and English at B2 level
• Own business for B2B cooperation

Nice to have:

• Odoo Functional certification
• Experience migrating from Polish ERPs such as Comarch, Symfonia, Subiekt, Vendo
• Ability to read and make minor modifications to Python modules
• Contribution to Polish Odoo localization (OCA l10n-poland)
• Experience with product configurators like pCon
• Familiarity with Odoo.sh

• Lead workshops and gather requirements from clients
• Document agreements and defend project scope boundaries
• Manage pre-implementation analysis and specifications for sales, logistics, and accounting interface processes
• Configure Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects, and multi-company settings
• Integrate Polish financial requirements such as KSeF, JPK, VAT, and bank statements via partner modules
• Build interfaces to external accounting offices
• Migrate data from existing ERPs, including records, contacts, and stock levels
• Integrate CRM functionally (field mapping and sync rules)
• Provide user training and hypercare support
