AI Champion

CGI is one of the largest global business and IT consulting firms. The AI Champion role is part of the team developing products in the Egeria ERP family, used by large organizations including the public sector. The portfolio includes legacy systems based on Oracle technologies and modern architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and microservices.

• Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models with experience building language model-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience in large, distributed architectures using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, tool/function calling, embeddings, vector search, and context management.
• Experience applying AI in the Software Development Lifecycle including development, testing, code analysis, or system maintenance.
• Deep understanding of modern IT systems architecture and enterprise-scale software operation.
• Ability to work with large code repositories and challenges applying LLMs to extensive codebases.
• Knowledge of techniques like semantic search, code indexing, embeddings, AST/code parsing, knowledge graphs for handling large code/documentation sets.
• Proficiency in at least one popular programming language with ability to prototype AI solutions independently.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and microservices is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, or Oracle Forms is an additional asset.
• Experience with AI platforms and services in enterprise environments, especially Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI or other major cloud platforms.
• Understanding AI-related security, data privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Capability to translate technology capabilities into concrete business applications with value, cost, and feasibility assessment.
• Self-driven and able to lead initiatives from idea through experimentation and proof of concept to production deployment.
• Able to collaborate with technical teams and business/product stakeholders.
• Ready to act as internal AI expert and ambassador, helping implement and utilize AI solutions effectively.
• Very good command of Polish and English to work with technical documentation and in international environments.

• Co-create and execute AI strategy for Egeria products, identifying high business and technology potential areas.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and DevOps support.
• Design and deploy solutions using LLM, AI Agents, RAG, and other AI technologies.
• Develop AI applications for large codebases and complex IT systems, selecting appropriate analysis, indexing, and context delivery mechanisms.
• Expand AI use in software development processes: code analysis, generation, review, refactoring, documentation, and developer support.
• Apply AI effectively in technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, microservices, and Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms.
• Develop AI-driven test automation, including scenario generation, result analysis, and error detection.
• Investigate AI uses in implementation processes: requirement analysis, system configuration, data migration, documentation.
• Design AI solutions for system maintenance: automated ticket handling, incident analysis, and support automation.
• Build AI mechanisms for monitoring legal/regulatory changes and support related product adaptations.
• Analyze and transform internal team processes using AI, including competency development, knowledge management, documentation, and CI/CD.
• Create AI prototypes and proof of concepts to validate potential before production deployment.
• Evaluate AI models, frameworks, tools, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Define AI architecture and integration with existing products, code repositories, knowledge bases, and tools.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, consultants, maintenance teams, product managers, and business owners.
• Build AI competence within the organization via knowledge sharing, mentoring, workshops, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor AI technology evolution and translate advancements into business value for Egeria.
• Co-create principles for safe and responsible AI use, focusing on information security, intellectual property, result quality, and enterprise deployment.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
