Kierownik Projektu (k/m)

Agro Aplikacje is a modern in-house software company supporting innovative IT solutions for the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. They design, simplify, and develop projects using modern technologies and flexible project management approaches to support ARiMR in digitizing the Polish agricultural sector. The role is within the Digital Transformation of Agriculture Department, Project Management Division, Project Managers Team. The workplace is Warsaw with hybrid work arrangements.

• Higher education or specialized courses in project/portfolio management with at least 4 years of experience managing IT projects related to software implementation or production.
• Experience independently managing IT projects including schedule, budget, scope, and risk management.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum, Kanban), PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalents.
• Experience working in agile environments collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams.
• Experience coordinating cooperation between business and technical teams.
• Skills in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Knowledge of project and task management tools (e.g., MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint, Jira or equivalents).
• Ability to identify and manage project risks and solve problems.
• Highly developed organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in multitasking environments and manage priorities.
• Independence, responsibility, and goal orientation.
• Skills in building collaboration and effective communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT projects for public administration or large organizations.
• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2®, PMP®, IPMA®, AgilePM®, PSM® or equivalent).
• Knowledge related to designing, implementing, and developing electronic services systems.

• Plan, organize, and execute IT projects according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality/business requirements.
• Develop and update project plans, define milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams in collaboration with product owners and monitor progress.
• Manage project schedule, budget, scope, risks, and changes.
• Monitor project progress and initiate preventive/corrective actions for at-risk projects.
• Ensure effective communication among project participants and key stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports, analyses, and recommendations for ongoing projects.
• Monitor contract and obligation fulfillment related to projects.
• Coordinate product and deliverable acceptance processes with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate project closure processes, including settlement of scope, schedule, budget, and lessons learned.
