AI Automation Engineer

• Deep experience writing clean, production-ready Python code.
• Experience building agentic workflows using the LangChain family (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith) or similar frameworks (e.g., LlamaIndex).
• Proficiency with Cursor or equivalent AI-first IDEs for prompt, debug, and code alongside AI.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure OpenAI integrations.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) for explaining technical architectures and training non-technical users.

Nice to have:

• Experience with low-code automation platforms like n8n.
• Knowledge in classic ML & NLP domains including Natural Language Processing (text classification, entity recognition, semantic search), Computer Vision and Image Recognition (image classification, object detection, multimodal vision models), and recommendation & matchmaking engines.
• Experience leading discovery workshops mapping business pain points to AI solutions.

• Build, test, and deploy production-grade AI workflows, agents, and automation pipelines using Python and the LangChain ecosystem.
• Use advanced AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to maximize delivery speed and iterate code rapidly.
• Connect custom AI solutions with enterprise environments, leveraging and extending the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for non-technical users to facilitate adoption of new AI tools and automations.
• Collaborate with product or business leaders to translate ideas into technical architecture and defend technical decisions.
