Delivery Manager DACH

STX Next is a company located in Poznań, Poland, looking for a Delivery Manager to blend strategic ownership of delivery with hands-on execution across key software projects for international clients.

• Minimum 5 years in IT services management combining hands-on delivery with strategic client ownership.
• Fluent German (C1/C2), fluent English and Polish, written and spoken.
• Ability to switch between high-level management and granular execution (dual mindset).
• Commercial and financial acumen involving T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services models.
• Awareness of modern technology and SDLC, including cloud-native environments and AI-driven delivery tooling.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales and Head-level leadership.
• Extreme ownership, accountability, analytical thinking, and confidence under pressure.
• Stakeholder management bridging technical teams and C-level executives.

• Direct delivery and governance of key software projects, ensuring quality, scope control, and Agile best practices.
• Manage the health and profitability of assigned client portfolio.
• Build trust-based relationships with international clients and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Partner with Sales on expansion plans, upsell/cross-sell, and late-stage deal pipelines.
• Introduce AI-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to boost margins.
• Partner with Heads and executive leadership on overall business goals.
• Serve as primary escalation point and implement swift risk mitigation.
• Coordinate engineering leads and cross-functional teams for delivery excellence.
