Product Owner

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar product-focused role
• Experience owning a product or area across the product lifecycle from problem definition to delivery and adoption
• Ability to independently manage requirements and priorities for a development team
• Ability to translate business and user needs into structured, actionable product requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Practical knowledge of Product Discovery and prioritization methods
• Experience contributing to product roadmaps, identifying dependencies, delivery risks, and working with product goals and metrics
• Good understanding of business and user value for informed product decisions
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders, clients, and/or end users
• Experience working closely with development teams including sprint planning, refinement, and review
• Technically minded with the ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with development teams
• Ability to communicate product goals, priorities, and development plans clearly to stakeholders
• Confidence in organizing and facilitating stakeholder meetings
• Independence and ownership appropriate for managing product scope within a development team
• Fluent English
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Retail Pricing domain, particularly with macro and micro pricing, elasticity, and cross-elasticity
• Experience applying GenAI within the SDLC including workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations in analytical and documentation work
• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices like analysis task automation, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization with willingness to experiment beyond standard approaches

• Manage and prioritize product requirements for a development team within the Retail Pricing domain based on business and user needs
• Take ownership of a product or product area across the product lifecycle from problem understanding to delivery and adoption
• Work with stakeholders to translate needs into clear, structured, and actionable product requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Deal with pricing-related topics such as macro and micro pricing, elasticity, and cross-elasticity
• Use Product Discovery methods and tools to understand problems and identify product value
• Contribute to product roadmap creation, set priorities with stakeholders, and identify dependencies and delivery risks
• Shape the roadmap around problems and outcomes rather than predefined functionalities
• Translate product vision into clear product goals, proposing objectives and metrics
• Understand business and user value and consider it in product decisions
• Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, and end-user representatives
• Present the product and development plan to users and consult release plans with the client
• Support sprint planning and independently lead refinement and review sessions with the development team
• Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders
• Represent business objectives of the product towards the team and stakeholders, building ownership and autonomy
• Collaborate effectively in a nearshore delivery setup

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
