FHIR SME (HAPI FHIR) - Healthcare Data Modeling (B2B)

• Experience taking FHIR (R4 and/or R5) through a real dev-to-prod journey on a production project
• Built or contributed to a custom Implementation Guide, ideally based on HL7 Europe Base/Core (R5), with awareness of national IG integration
• Hands-on experience with profiling in FHIR Shorthand (FSH) and compiling profiles via SUSHI
• Ability to translate business/clinical requirements into a FHIR data model
• Participation in mapping ICHOM terminology to LOINC/SNOMED CT, working with clinicians
• Ability to independently validate FHIR resources against profiles (StructureDefinitions) in a prepared environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in an EHDS (European Health Data Space) context
• Familiarity with SMART on FHIR at the requirements-specification level
