AI Automation Specialist

Nexi is an international company shaping the future of digital payments, with a team of 10,000 people across 25 countries. The role is based in Rzeszów and supports AI-based solutions, including chatbots, voicebots, and business process automation using Power Automate and Power BI.

• University degree or student status in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Automation, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of chatbots, voicebots, and process automation
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate
• Ability to work with data (Excel, CSV, SharePoint)
• Basic familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• General understanding of LLMs, RAG, and prompt-based workflows
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience in user support or handling support requests is an asset
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work with documentation
• Good time management and communication skills
• Curiosity about technology and motivation to grow in AI and automation

Bonus Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript
• Basics of SQL (reading data, simple queries)
• Project portfolio such as chatbots, automations, student projects, or GitHub

• Monitor the performance of chatbots and voicebots and identify issues in logic and responses
• Analyze incidents and user requests, diagnosing prompt-related vs. technical issues
• Test bot scenarios and document test results
• Maintain and update existing Power Automate workflows
• Perform prompt engineering by optimizing and testing instructions for LLM models
• Support the development of new functionalities and improvements to existing AI solutions
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and process descriptions
• Prepare simple bot performance reports in Power BI based on existing templates
