Project Manager / Product Owner

LinkGroup operates in the IT sector, focusing on leveraging new technologies including AI to improve workflows and develop internal tools.

• Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in IT projects
• Experience in implementing or developing systems such as CRM, ATS, ERP, or similar
• Experience working with business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Comfortable collaborating with both business users and technical teams
• Practical knowledge of AI tools, automation, or integrations
• Good orientation in technology trends and ability to assess their business application
• Knowledge of project management methodologies with pragmatic application
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in outsourcing, recruitment, or IT services industry
• Knowledge of no-code / low-code tools and automation

• Leading projects associated with AI and development of internal tools from needs analysis to implementation
• Assessing where AI, automation, or integrations can improve existing processes
• Managing backlog, priorities, and roadmap of developed solutions
• Translating business needs into requirements and tasks for the technical team
• Coordinating work, testing, and acceptance of new functionalities
• Verifying the quality of solutions and their effectiveness post-implementation
