SAP FI/CO Key User – Finance & Accounting

For an international manufacturing company, the role involves becoming a SAP FI/CO Key User. The position includes participation in the international implementation of SAP S/4HANA and collaboration with Finance, Controlling, IT, and SAP teams.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
• Practical knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
• Experience as a SAP Key User, Super User, or advanced business user of SAP.
• Experience in testing, implementations, or process improvements in SAP.
• Knowledge of controlling processes, including Cost Center and Profit Center.
• Interest in systems, automation, and process development.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for international collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a manufacturing company.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of tax matters, KSeF/JPK-CIT, and XML structures.

• Serve as a Key User SAP FI/CO and support business users.
• Analyze financial and controlling processes in SAP.
• Participate in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
• Identify errors, business needs, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in testing new functionalities and system changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, IT departments, and SAP teams.
• Engage in projects related to automation and process optimization.
• Cooperate on changes related to Polish regulations such as KSeF and JPK-CIT.
