• Continuously coaching and mentoring engineers in your reporting line to develop competencies and capabilities.
• Acting as a servant leader and Scrum Master of 1-2 smaller teams working on AI initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with Engineering Managers, Product Management, and UX to refine and deliver customer outcomes.
• Helping teams set business goals using the OKR framework and contributing to agile process improvements.
• Understanding and defining engineering metrics to assess software delivery quality and drive improvements.
• Fostering a healthy working environment with psychological safety and a culture of innovation among the teams.
