Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Minimum 3 years in a similar project management position
• Master's degree
• At least one certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile, or an equivalent internationally recognized certification
• English proficiency at level C1 confirmed by certification or willingness to obtain it
• Experience leading at least one medium-large ICT project as project manager
• Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and Agile methodologies
• Experience managing team work with Azure DevOps or ServiceNow SPM Agile boards
• Experience managing projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
• Experience managing projects using ServiceNow technologies: custom applications and standard modules like Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management
• Good knowledge of Cyber Security requirements and personal data privacy related functional and security requirements

• Manage projects effectively within the complete lifecycle and scope
• Establish and manage project controls to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope
• Assure and control quality of project deliverables
• Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies
• Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
• Assign and control tasks, authorize work packages, balance priorities and workload, motivate team members
• Plan and control project product delivery processes
• Manage effective communication within the project and with its external environment
• Produce project management products such as plans, logs, and schedules
• Define responsibilities of parties involved in the project
• Prepare and present oral and written technical reports and project presentations
• Organize and conduct project meetings
