Configuration & Deployment Specialist | SharePoint

Join an international IT project focused on SharePoint-based application configuration, deployment, and system environment management for a large public-sector organization.

• 8+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools
• Expertise in application building and deployment
• Excellent knowledge of software deployment and release management
• Knowledge of RUP and/or Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of application servers
• Knowledge of build and deployment tools, e.g. Apache Ant, Azure Pipelines
• Knowledge of development tools
• Knowledge of RDBMS / SQL
• Experience with system environment management and configuration
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to support Azure development environment deployments

Nice to have:

• Experience with Apache Ant
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of RUP

• Support ICT team in application build, integration, and deployment for both backend and client devices (mobile, PC)
• Support ICT team in system environment management and configuration
• Support project team in system tests
• Monitor and analyse daily system functioning
• Monitor system performance and health
• Report and coordinate technical issues related to system environments
• Coordinate and communicate with the system vendor/contractor regarding technical issues on behalf of Frontex ICT
• Provide support to ICT staff and project teams in deployment of development environments in Azure
