Senior Test Data Specialist

They focus on IT/OT, R&D, Engineering, and Business Development, partnering with clients in private and public sectors to create sustainable talent supply chains. The role is for a client in the banking industry working on a project related to the home buying journey in the Nordics, involving a diverse and international agile team.

• 8+ years of experience in Test Data Management or Test Automation.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Knowledge of mainframe systems and setups.
• Experience with relational databases, data extraction, transformation, data masking, cloning, and subsetting.
• Hands-on implementation of Test Data Management (TDM) solutions.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Supports automated testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Delphix, Informatica TDM.
• Financial services domain knowledge.
• Synthetic data generation tools.
• API testing experience.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• AI-assisted test data creation.
• Experience supporting large-scale E2E customer journey testing.

• Execute the test data strategy and build automated test data provisioning solutions.
• Support teams daily to ensure test data availability on demand.
• Collaborate closely with testers, developers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts.
• Create and maintain reusable test data assets.
• Develop self-service data delivery mechanisms.
• Implement data masking and anonymization routines complying with GDPR and internal policies.
• Validate masked data quality and usability.
• Create synthetic test datasets including edge-cases and negative tests.
• Maintain business-realistic data combinations.
• Provision and refresh test data in non-production environments.
• Support parallel testing and multiple teams.
• Integrate test data generation into automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor data availability and quality, resolve data-related defects and issues.
• Document processes, standards, and data dependencies.

Location: Warsaw, Gdańsk or Gdynia with hybrid work requiring 3 days a week from the office.
