Senior Platform Engineer

• Strong DevSecOps fundamentals and mindset
• Knowledge about AI and its impact on software development
• Agile mindset and ability to listen and provide solutions to daily engineering problems
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift (deployments, manifests, core resources)
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure
• Knowledge of CI/CD systems like Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
• Automation and scripting skills in Bash and PowerShell
• Software engineering background with Python, TypeScript, and React
• Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker
• Solid understanding of Git-based workflows and modern collaboration
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps and secure-by-design principles
• Experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI in software development
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience with Backstage or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
• Experience and knowledge of Agile Ways of Working

• Create reusable, extensible, and secure solutions that integrate seamlessly into engineering workflows
• Make the Golden Path the easiest path for colleagues
• Experiment and build with AI (LLMs, agents, MCP) to rethink software development processes
• Partner closely with teams to understand and eliminate pain points
• Continuously evolve existing solutions based on real usage and feedback
• Raise the bar for developer experience across the organization
