Project Manager / Product Owner

Link Group operates in IT services with focus on recruitment, outsourcing and technological tools development including AI and automation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in IT projects
• Experience implementing or developing CRM, ATS, ERP, or similar systems
• Experience working with business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business users and technical teams
• Practical knowledge of AI, automation, or integration tools
• Good orientation in technology trends and ability to assess their business application
• Knowledge of project management methodologies with pragmatic usage
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in outsourcing, recruitment, or IT services
• Familiarity with no-code / low-code tools and automation

• Managing projects related to AI and the development of internal tools from analysis to implementation
• Assessing where AI, automation, or integrations can improve existing processes
• Managing backlog, priorities, and roadmap of developed solutions
• Translating business needs into requirements and specific tasks for the technical team
• Coordinating work, testing, and acceptance of new functionalities
• Verifying the quality of solutions and ensuring they deliver expected results post-implementation
