Manufacturing Lead Functional Engineer - SAP S/4 HANA

• Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
• Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (PP/PP‑DS) and O2C
• Strong understanding of Make‑to‑Stock, Make‑to‑Order, Discrete Manufacturing, and Repetitive Manufacturing
• Experience leading support in a global AMS or production environment
• Proven ability to handle complex incidents and system enhancements
• Deep knowledge of integration with Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality
• Strong Agile / Scrum and service management mindset
• SAP Manufacturing certification is a strong advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English

• Lead run & support activities for SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and O2C (Make) aligned with the global template
• Provide expert support across PP, PP/DS, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control
• Oversee MES integration and production execution processes
• Lead end‑to‑end AMS activities including incidents, service requests, defects, and root cause analysis
• Ensure smooth integration with SD (Production‑to‑Order, aATP, fulfillment)
• Drive impact analysis, testing, and high‑quality delivery of enhancements
• Support critical manufacturing cycles such as month‑end and year‑end close
• Provide technical guidance, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the global team
