Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
- Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, wireless networking, routing, switching, and network administration.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds or similar network management tools.
- Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including Cisco ISE and wireless networking solutions.
- Fluency in English (C2 level).
Obowiązki
- Support and maintain enterprise LAN, wireless, switching, and network connectivity services globally.
- Perform incident management, request fulfillment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network issues.
- Configure and support network switches, wireless access points, and other network infrastructure components.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and health using enterprise monitoring platforms and tools.
- Execute infrastructure changes and operational improvements following change management procedures.
- Support network implementation projects, infrastructure upgrades, site deployments, and connectivity initiatives.
