Senior / Solution Architect – Python & Go

P&P Solutions is hiring for remote roles based in Warszawa, focusing on high-performance systems, network data processing, and distributed solutions.

• Very good knowledge of Go and Python/asyncio
• Experience building concurrent and high-throughput services
• Good knowledge of Linux, sockets, epoll, and performance-related topics
• Practical knowledge of L2/L3/L4 and network protocols
• Experience with IPFIX, NetFlow, sFlow protocols
• Knowledge of Kafka producer/consumer, partitioning, batching, compression, lag
• Experience with Protocol Buffers and efficient data formats
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with testing, static typing, linting, and dependency/CVE control
• Ability to profile and optimize applications for high throughput
• Knowledge of interprocess communication patterns, e.g., ZeroMQ

Nice to have:

• Experience with eBPF
• Familiarity with NATS or NSQ
• Experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/timeseries databases
• Experience with network equipment from Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Palo Alto
• Knowledge of Windows/AD, WinRM, SMB, Kerberos
• Experience with Azure or AWS SDK
• Knowledge of LPM/Patricia tries, LRU cache, and zero-copy optimizations

• Develop high-performance services in Go and asynchronous applications in Python
• Work with network protocols and telemetry: TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, IPFIX, NetFlow, sFlow
• Analyze and process network traffic including work with pcap data
• Automate network device configurations via SSH/CLI and API
• Design and develop data flows using Kafka and technologies like ClickHouse
• Optimize performance, profile applications, analyze memory allocation, garbage collection, and contention
• Develop and test solutions running in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes environments
• Design mechanisms for state synchronization, reconnect/resync, and idempotent processing
• Prepare standalone packages/binaries for deployment in client infrastructure
