Senior UX Designer, Consumer (all genders)

HelloFresh is a global digital-native FMCG company and the world's leading meal kit provider. The HelloFresh Group includes multiple brands serving various meal occasions and product offerings including meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, meat and seafood subscriptions, and pet nutrition. The role is within HelloFresh's HelloTech organisation in Warsaw, which is their global technology backbone with over 1000 people building digital products powering their end-to-end food experience.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end.
• Active use of AI tools across the design workflow including for strategy, insight synthesis, discovery, prototyping, and design-to-code development.
• Fluency with design tools such as Figma AI and similar tools like Claude.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail in hierarchy, motion, micro-interaction, and animation.
• Proactive approach with high agency to advocate for technically appropriate design solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively across business functions.

• Lead design from concept to execution, maintaining accountability for the full experience across consumer touchpoints.
• Use AI as an active part of the workflow including generating user insights, accelerating discovery, and building rapid prototypes.
• Maintain a high bar for design quality, focusing on layout, motion, typography, and micro-interactions.
• Identify and explore product opportunities through market research and user analysis.
• Collaborate closely with product leads, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business and technical goals.
