Software Engineer I, External Platform EMEA (Poland, Remote)

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience shipping features used by customers and iterating based on feedback.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration desire.
• Ability to explain design decisions and openness to suggestions.
• Growth mindset with ability to learn quickly and operate with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable building end-to-end solutions.
• Willingness to work across the full stack (front-end and back-end).
• Assist in maintaining production systems and providing operational support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
