IT Specialist Security (k/m)

• Degree or vocational training in IT, computer science, or related field
• Several years of experience in IT security, ideally with M365 and VPN technologies
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture
• Experience with ISO 27001, ideally as auditor or in implementation
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working
• Fluent English and Polish required

Nice to have:

• Ability to collaborate with developers on application development and design
• Practical knowledge of SQL

• Support and enhance M365 security configuration: Conditional Access, Defender, Intune
• Administer and optimize VPN infrastructure
• Support implementation of a Zero Trust strategy: identity, device, and network segmentation
• Contribute to ISO 27001 audits, documentation, and controls
• Monitor security incidents, analyze and respond
• Conduct risk analyses and vulnerability assessments
• Create and maintain security policies
• Support employee security awareness training
