Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. is recruiting for a managerial role based in Warszawa, overseeing data analytics and artificial intelligence functions.

• Higher technical education (informatics, mathematics, data science, automation, telecommunications, or related fields).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
• Experience managing AI, Machine Learning, or GenAI projects.
• Experience managing teams of AI, Data Science, or Data Engineering specialists.
• Experience implementing digital transformation projects focused on AI.
• Knowledge of technologies and best practices in databases, BI, and Big Data.

Nice to have:

• Postgraduate studies or MBA in AI, technology management, or digital transformation.

• Ensure coherent development and continuous operation across the following sub-areas:
  • Business Intelligence: production and maintenance of reports, data platforms, and data products.
  • Predictive Analytics: design, implementation, and maintenance of machine learning models and collaboration with BI on disseminating results.
  • Data Governance: launch and development of data management programs, working with business and IT architecture on data ownership, definitions, roles, standards, and policies.
  • Data Engineering: operation of data platform, supporting other sub-areas regarding capacity, performance, data sources, ETL/ELT processes, and data storage.
  • AI: development and execution of AI and GenAI strategies, implementation of AI solutions, organizational competence building, and ensuring compliance, security, and business efficiency of AI initiatives.
