Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js)

• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Full Stack Developer with at least 4 years specializing in Node.js.
• Solid proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript including experience with TypeScript-first frameworks such as NestJS, Fastify, or Next.js.
• Prior experience with Java.
• Proven expertise in developing and scaling enterprise-level production systems using microservices architecture.
• Practical knowledge of at least one major frontend framework like React or Angular.
• Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL database systems.
• Experience in REST API design and integration with effective caching strategies.
• Hands-on with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and containerization using Docker.
• Experience developing and executing unit and integration tests.
• Practical experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Understanding of message queues and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, and RDS.
• Experience with validation libraries like Zod or Yup.
• Knowledge of data-fetching libraries such as React Query or RTK Query.
• Experience working in distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Planning, designing, developing, and maintaining high-availability applications with high volume and low latency.
• Defining application objectives and functionality.
• Ensuring application designs meet business goals.
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies for architectural review.
• Collaborating with Product and Architects teams in highly motivated environments on large mission-critical systems.
• Debugging, optimizing, and performance-tuning across the technology stack.
