Professional Services Engineer

Start.io is a mobile marketing and audience platform that empowers the mobile app ecosystem and simplifies mobile marketing, audience building, and mobile monetization. It offers direct integration with over 500,000 monthly active mobile apps, providing access to extensive global first-party data to understand and predict behaviors, identify new opportunities, and fuel growth.

• B.A/BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of working experience as Technical Solutions Engineer or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and Mobile (Android and iOS) domains, technical experience in Rest APIs, HTTP, JSON, XML.
• Experience with HTML, JS.
• Experience with AI agents.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Fully proficient in SQL and MS Excel, ability to write complex queries.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Solid communication skills.
• Pro-active and curious, team-player, motivated and organized.
• Can do attitude - Creative, assertive, problem solver.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with analytics, monitoring and alerting tools: Grafana, Kibana, Tableau.
• Prior experience in digital advertising companies.
• Previous experience with ads SDK.
• Experience with advertising formats and protocols: OpenRTB, OpenRTB Native, VAST, SIMID.
• Experience with Java, Kotlin.

• Leading all aspects of partners custom on-boarding operations including planning, execution and monitoring to ensure successful launch and operation.
• Investigating and solving technical issues.
• Contributing to product development and prioritization based on feedback and partners' requirements.
• Driving successful delivery and process improvement.
• Developing internal tools and automation solutions.
