Data Analyst - Data Excellence

Ledgebrook is a company operating in the insurance sector, focusing on data excellence within their Product & Data team. The role supports analytical efforts involving technical insurance data across various internal teams.

• Strong proficiency with SQL and Excel, including VBA and Power Query.
• Good knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Exposure to or proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
• Experience with modern databases, ideally with Snowflake.
• Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, DataGrip / Cursor, and Jira (asset).
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience navigating fast-paced startup environments with uncertainty.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Property, Specialty, or Casualty insurance data.
• Strong interest in AI and ML tools.
