Junior Software Engineer - Full Stack (Go and React) - Agent Management

• Basic knowledge of technical theories, principles, and concepts.
• Exposure to current technologies through coursework or internship.

• Develop software following Cisco 'Design Thinking Principles' with a focus on simplification and user experience.
• Partner with design and product management teams to create solutions.
• Create technical design documentation and contribute to user documentation.
• Debug and address software issues during development and in production.
• Collaborate on small-to-medium features from design through completion.
• Apply software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices.
• Write functional clean code and unit tests under guidance.
• Assist in code reviews and address feedback.
• Execute tests for scale, reliability, and velocity.
• Monitor and triage incident reports, participate in postmortems and potential on-call duties.
• Share knowledge and assist team members in problem-solving.
• Estimate assignment times and communicate status and blockers.
