Software Development Intern (Cracow, Poland)

• Penultimate or final-year students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (must maintain student status during the internship).
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eagerness to grow technical skills through hands-on experience.
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to work on impactful projects.
• Ability to live and work in Poland without additional VISA sponsorship from Cisco.

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong programming foundation in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Sharp logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fast adaptability to new tools, concepts, and challenges.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.

• Develop software and tools supporting design, infrastructure, and technology platforms, including applications, operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, cloud-based and Internet-related tools.
• Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation.
• Evolve systems to improve reliability, supportability, and velocity.
