Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. offers the role based in Poznań, focusing on coordination and maintenance of technical protection systems in the electrical network infrastructure sector.

• Minimum secondary technical education
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Physical Protection Systems
• Knowledge of technical security systems: CCTV, VSS, ACC, I&HAS, perimeter protection, fire signaling, and monitoring
• Familiarity with regulations and standards related to technical security
• Understanding of IT security principles and digital resilience
• Experience preparing and reviewing technical documentation for security systems
• Experience in investment task implementation, system construction, modernization, SAT testing, and technical acceptance
• Ability to assess technical security solutions and provide recommendations
• Problem-solving skills in technical security systems
• Project work capabilities with adherence to deadlines
• Ability to work under time pressure and stress
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Registration on the list of qualified technical security employees (PZT)
• Valid driving license category B

Nice to have:

• Security clearance at least TAJNE, NATO SECRET, SECRET UE/EU SECRET or willingness to undergo verification
• Qualification Gr. 1 for operation up to 1 kV (preferably without voltage limitation)

• Coordinate technical security measures for designated areas, facilities, and equipment of PSE S.A.
• Maintain operability of Physical Protection Systems (SOT) through supervision of periodic maintenance and repairs
• Order and supervise servicing works under maintenance contracts for technical protection systems
• Participate in project teams assigned to investment tasks
• Formulate assessments of technical state of SOT during emergencies or disruptions
• Collaborate with PSE units to ensure appropriate technical security levels
• Cooperate with public administration and security services responsible for system coordination
• Initiate modernization works and implementation of standards for physical infrastructure security
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to security systems
• Supervise operation of protection systems and manage user permissions and accesses
• Prepare substantive contributions regarding technical security for investment documentation
• Operate company vehicle
