Software Engineer (Kernel)

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ANSI C programming, with strong knowledge of low-level systems development and memory management
• Solid experience in Linux kernel development and POSIX environments, including driver development and working within Linux system internals
• Proven experience with multi-core and multi-threaded programming to design and implement concurrent systems safely and efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with sufficient English proficiency for technical communication and documentation
• Proactive and curious mindset with fast research and learning abilities; comfortable working in agile teams and adapting to new technical challenges

• Design, build, and maintain new features for the client's virtualization platform at the kernel and driver level on Linux to support migration from Intel to ARM architecture
• Participate in functional and architectural design discussions focused on performance and reliability
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, reporting feature readiness and quality
• Contribute to code reviews ensuring code quality and adherence to development processes
• Provide accurate feature estimations and suggest technical improvements to add value to the product
