Senior AI Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience (e.g., Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Automation Engineer)
• Practical experience in software development teams and knowledge of the full SDLC
• Experience using AI tools in software development such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot, or open-source models
• Practical knowledge of building AI Agents, AI Workflows, skills, and prompts
• Experience integrating AI solutions with development environments including repositories, CI/CD, code review, and testing
• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported software engineering practices
• Knowledge of LLM, RAG, automation, and agent architectures
• Experience in production deployment of AI solutions including configuration, integration, hardening, and monitoring
• Ability to translate business and technical needs into AI solutions and architectures
• Skills to assess business value of AI solutions and optimize costs
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with experience collaborating across technical and managerial teams
• Experience in knowledge transfer through pair/mob programming, joint code review, and solution design
• Willingness to work hybrid with at least 1 day in the office weekly
• Providing services from within Poland

• Experience supporting teams in taking ownership of AI solutions

• Implementing and integrating AI tools with the software development environment

• Supporting IT teams in AI adoption in daily work
• Designing and developing Agentic SDLC practices tailored to roles like Developer, QA, Analyst, and DevOps
• Conducting technical workshops and discovery sessions
• Translating business and technical needs into specific solutions and architecture
• Deploying AI solutions in production including configuration, integration, hardening, and monitoring
• Analyzing AI deployment effectiveness and optimizing model usage costs
• Collaborating with teams via pair/mob programming, joint design, and code review
• Preparing technical documentation and AI usage standards
• Facilitating knowledge transfer and supporting teams in ownership of AI solutions

• Minimum 1 day per week work from office
