Senior Product Designer

• Experience as the final quality owner for a product's UI/UX with sign-off responsibility.
• Hands-on production experience with AI design and code tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor) including advanced prompting.
• Proven portfolio of shipped, live consumer web products demonstrating detailed craftsmanship.
• Proficiency in React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript sufficient to implement and refine designs in production code.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system.
• Experience guiding other developers' UI/UX work to meet shipping quality.

• Own the UI/UX quality of the entire product, defining and holding the quality standard.
• Supervise team members' UI/UX work: set direction, review outputs, advise on solutions, and ensure tasks meet quality standards.
• Own major visual features end to end: from briefing, design exploration, written rationale, implementation, to final polish.
• Own the design system and its documentation, maintaining visual and behavioral consistency across all screens, devices, and locales.
• Operate an AI-native design workflow from generation to production quality, manage the team's prompting assets, and evaluate output readiness.
