• Demonstrable experience in backend development with fluency in Java
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related Engineering/Science disciplines
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record building complex products at hypergrowth startups used by millions

• Focus on greenfield development and improvement of existing systems
• Build REST APIs and engineer microservices
• Evolve systems critical to the business including card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity
• Develop with emphasis on clean code, maintainability, fast turnaround, TDD, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery
