Senior Software Engineer (Java)

• Demonstrable experience in backend development with fluency in Java
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related Engineering/Science disciplines
• Quick learner with an ambitious, results-driven personality
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record of building complex products used by millions in hypergrowth startups

• Focus on greenfield development and improvement of existing systems
• Build REST APIs and engineer microservices
• Evolve systems critical to the business, such as card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity
• Develop using a technology stack based predominantly on Java 25 and Postgres database
• Utilize Spring Boot for delivery
• Practice clean code principles with emphasis on maintainability, using TDD, DDD, and continuous integration & delivery
