Senior Test Data Management

This position is in the banking industry with a hybrid work model involving 2-3 days per week from the office locations in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia.

• 10+ years of experience in Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), or Data Management.
• Demonstrated ability to establish enterprise-level Test Data Management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Test Data Management processes.
• Experience in data masking and anonymization.
• Familiarity with GDPR and compliance regulations.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of banking, mortgage, or financial services sectors.
• Experience with customer onboarding journeys.
• Familiarity with tools such as Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software TDM, Informatica TDM, or Broadcom TDM.
• Experience in synthetic data generation platforms and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of AI-driven test data generation and quality engineering.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.

• Define and implement the Test Data Management (TDM) strategy, including governance and ownership models.
• Create policies for provisioning, masking, retention, and refresh cycles of test data.
• Collaborate with the Central Data provisioning team to establish KPIs and reporting on TDM effectiveness.
• Assess and map the current state of test data processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop a self-service TDM model for agile teams and define roles and responsibilities across various teams.
• Integrate TDM into CI/CD pipelines and automate test data provisioning.
• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot activities while driving rollout and adoption strategies.
